Its i gift for my husband for father's day. When he tried it, it was so painful. He tried giving it a second chance the following day, and its still painful when he go against the hair follicles. He stopped using it ever since. We chance upon a pop up at Tampines Mall and asked if we can change to another device where my husband can use it instead of being a waste. The sales person, Rico, helped us by taking a look at our device and he said he will give us an exchange as it might be faulty.

That night itself, my husband tried and true enough, like what's being advertised, its not painful and hes happy with the product now.
