Quite disappointed on the hair straightener

It is not smooth gliding on my hair while using it, and it pulled hairs out and broke my hairs towards the end, and my hair doesn’t look or feel like smooth, it looked dried after using it.

The Colour+ 2.0 is much smaller and handy than 1.0. It is also more powerful than 1.0 as it dries my hair at a shorter time! Never regret the decision to exchange for it!
