I was disappointed to find noticeable scratches on the area of the temperature display, which makes it look used. While the functionally is fine.
It is not smooth gliding on my hair while using it, and it pulled hairs out and broke my hairs towards the end, and my hair doesn’t look or feel like smooth, it looked dried after using it.

I had the Colour+ 1.0 and Stryv offered an exchange programme to exchange for a brand-new Colour+ 2.0 with a top up of $49.90. I went for it and never regret! The Colour+ 2.0 is much smaller and handy than 1.0. It is also more powerful than 1.0 as it dries my hair at a shorter time! Never regret the decision to exchange for it! Extremely loves the cheerful pink colour!!
