What got me interested to buy the 6 in 1 multi styler was because it is not that heavy as compared to Dyson. Affordable price with good quality device. There’s a lot of hype on Dyson but when I went to check it out, the weight itself immediately made me disinterested hence I did not even bother to try the device at all thereafter. Just would like to add on and commend the retail personnel, rico, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He patiently explained to us on the usage clearly. Even went beyond in sharing his own experiences with the device - so that we will not make the same mistake as he did previously. Lastly, he also gave detailed information on the warranty extension. Overall, am satisfied with both my purchase and the customer service from rico. Thank you ☺️
