Retail Executive (Full/Part-Time)

We’re seeking a customer-focused Sales Assistant to support daily store operations and drive sales performance. In this role, you will work closely with the Store Manager and Retail Manager to learn how to effectively engage customers, showcase our products, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

We’re looking for someone with a passion for retail and customer service. Candidates with prior retail sales experience and a strong willingness to work flexible retail hours are preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop a strong understanding of stryv’s products and confidently demonstrate them to customers
Proactively engage customers and provide attentive, personalised service
Achieve individual and overall store sales targets
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service standards
Ensure the shop floor is clean, tidy and well presented at all times
Share insights on buying trends and customer feedback with the retail management team
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance store performance and improve the overall customer experience
