I like the hairdryer and brush function especially the volume brush as it is convenient to just dry and curl inwards. However the auto curl roller is harder learning curve, only works for me with dry hair and needs to bring it nearer to hair end and up/down motion to let the hair wrap around before moving upwards, then set with cold air and hair spray before style.
The auto wrap barrel does not wrap the hair well, and it definitely does not take 15 mins (as advertised). I have long hair and it takes about an hour. It might be my hair but the curls does not last for more than 30 mins. It is a good hair dryer but if you want nice curls that will last, you might want to stick to a hair curler instead. Customer service was of no help either, contacted them but did not receive a reply.
Pic: This is how my hair looked after an hour of curling. Curls dropped after 5 mins (I did this on 85% dry hair, held the curl for 15-20 secs, and set it with the cool shot function).
