The design for the handle is a bit short, do not have the nice feel. The vibrations level on different modes are slow, not fast enough. Prefer my old electronic toothbrush
Just bought the travel version. Power is very good and has 3 diff speed and 3diff heat to balance out. Cleaning the filter is easy and a brush to clean is provided. Decently price for a traveling especially to places like Japan. The staff was very friendly n helpful too.
Improvement needed:
1. No instructions on the 2 years warranty in the manual or packaging.
2. Weird mechanism for the 2 years warranty. Needs to write a review on the website (subjected to judge.me's terms and conditions and privacy policy, which is not stated or linked) or to post on social media. This raises some red flags for customers' privacy.
3. No instructions on how to secure attachments on hair dryer in the manual or packaging. There is a gap between an attachment and the body. Not sure if this is intended.
4. If the handle can be folded, it would be more portable for travelling.
5. Hair dryer easily stained with hand prints, hair oil etc.
I always have a packed schedule and when traveling, the logistics of getting ready just takes so much time! Having this hairstyler makes it quick and easy to dry and style my hair, I’m really to go out quick!
Plus it doesn’t dry my hair so much so I don’t mind curling my hair all the time!
