Ordered since 9/4/25. Only received today 8/5/25 after multiple emails. Since it was buy 1 get 1 free. May i know why there is 2 different type of packaging ?

I Cannot Live Without This Hair Dryer!
Used to think expensive luxury brand hair dryers confirm good one. Tried one at my friend’s place.. wah lao, so heavy like carrying a brick! Dry hair until arm want to break, and result MEHHH 🙄😒.
